Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Pricing Model

WebDevelopmentPractice operates on a one-time payment model. There are no recurring charges, no subscriptions, and no hidden fees. You pay ₹99 INR once and get lifetime access to all premium content including all 3 PDF guides, all category answers, and all future additions.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
• You have not downloaded all 3 PDF guides.
• You contact us with your registered email and payment reference/order ID.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
• Accounts found to be sharing premium content with others.
• Duplicate payments — we will refund the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at cykoravish@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [your registered email]
2. Include your Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID (available in your payment confirmation email).
3. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking) via Razorpay. Processing times depend on your bank and may take 5–7 business days after we initiate the refund.

6. Cancellation

Since WebDevelopmentPractice is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is nothing to "cancel". Once premium access is granted, it remains active on your account. If you wish to delete your account entirely, email us and we will remove all your data and revoke access.
