1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WebDevelopmentPractice ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by Ravish Bisht, reachable at cykoravish@gmail.com.

2. Description of Service

WebDevelopmentPractice provides curated interview questions, answers, and downloadable PDF guides for web developers. Content is available on a freemium basis — some content is freely accessible while premium content requires a one-time payment of ₹99 INR.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass payment is prohibited.

4. Premium Membership

  • Premium access is granted upon successful one-time payment of ₹99 INR via Razorpay.
  • Premium access is tied to a single account and is non-transferable.
  • Premium access includes all current content and future additions at no extra cost.
  • We reserve the right to modify premium pricing for new members at any time without affecting existing members.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — questions, answers, explanations, PDF guides, and code examples — is the intellectual property of WebDevelopmentPractice. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Sharing premium content publicly or with non-members.
  • Using automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or circumvent payment or access controls.
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that interview questions reflect any particular company's actual interview process. Use the content as a preparation aid, not as a guarantee of success.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebDevelopmentPractice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
